Sanchard Ltd accepts wholly the conditions set by the BIFM in their Code of Conduct for members and agrees to comply with those requirements at all times. In addition Sanchard undertake to:
- To declare any potential conflict of interest.
- To be totally impartial in all our dealings with suppliers and contractors where involved on behalf of our clients and to ensure all recommendations are equitable and where possible not at the expense of the clients interests.
- To respect the confidentiality of any information provided to us by our clients and their suppliers.
- Where recommended cost reductions will not be at the expense of quality or standards.
- To retain the anonymity of the client unless clearance for disclosure has been given.
- To ensure that our relationship with the client is based upon total integrity at all times.
- To ensure that all agreed targets and project criteria are achieved before completion of any project.
